Francisco holds an Industrial Engineering Degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, Master in Business Administration from IPADE. Postgraduate studies in Insurance and Bonds from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and Strategic Sales Management Program from the University of California, Berkeley. 22 years of experience in INTERPROTECCION, a leading Mexican insurance brokerage company, with different responsibilities such as Medical Sales Manager, Director of Benefits, and Director of Administration and Finance. Currently he is CEO and Partner of the Company.

In addition, he is also responsible for Brokerage of Insurance and Bonds for Grupo CP, Advisor to Grupo CP, and Member of Kio Networks Compensation Committee.

President of the Mexican Association of Insurance and Bonds Brokers (AMASFAC); Board Member of the Panamerican Confederation of Insurance Brokers (COPAPROSE); Patron of the CCO Foundation; Member of the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (Cemiefi), Mexican Council of Foreign Trade, and the Communication Council.

 

Markus Kritzler Ring

 

 

Markus leads the Strategy, Marketing and Innovation functions at Holcim Mexico. He joined the Mexican team after leading the Group’s Corporate Strategy team, where he was in charge of proposing a global strategy, including assessing investments, divestments and changes to the Group’s business model. He was part of the pre-disclosure negotiation team for the 40bn USD merger with Lafarge, including the merger-clearance procedures across geographies, with particular focus on the EU Commission and China’s MOFCOM clearance. After announcement, Markus also led the workstream for defining the new company’s Vision and Strategy.

 

Before his time at Holcim, Markus was partner at FGA, a boutique investment banking firm in Mexico City, where he advised on M&A and private equity transactions. Prior to FGA, he led the manufacturing operations for Anfora, a leading ceramics manufacturer in Mexico with about 1’000 employees.

 

Markus graduated in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, and received an MBA from the Darden School of Business Administration at The University of Virginia.

 

 

 

Alfonso González Migoya

 

 

President and General Manager of Grupo Industrial Saltillo. He spent 10 years as a Corporate Director at Grupo Alfa, a diversified conglomerate. Prior to joining Alfa, he worked as Adjunct General Director, in charge of Finance and Administration at Grupo Financiero Bancomer.  He also worked for 24 years in several positions with Grupo CYDSA.  Some of his activities with CYDSA were Corporate Financial Director and General Director for the Chemical Division.

Member of the Board of several companies, among them:  Coca Cola Femsa (KOF), Femsa (FEMSA), Mexican Stock Ex-change (BOLSA), Grupo Industrial Saltillo, (GISSA), Banco Regional de Monterrey (Banregio), Berel and the University of Monterrey.

He received his Mechanical Engineering Degree from the ITESM in 1967, and an MBA Degree from Stanford University in 1969. He also took the Upper Management Course at the IPADE.

Alfonso Jaime Zabludovsky

 

 

President of the Mexican Council of International Relations (Comexi). He holds a PhD in economics at Yale University. He started his career at the economics research office of Mexico’s central bank, and soon joined the Economics Council for the Presidency. During the NAFTA negotiations he acted as Deputy Chief Negotiator. In 1994 he became Deputy Secretary for International Trade Negotiations, developing Mexico’s trade negotiation strategy at WTO, OECD, APEC, FTAA; over viewing the implementation and administration of the NAFTA, and the Mexican FTAs with Chile, Costa Rica, Bolivia, Colombia and Venezuela. He also led Mexican trade negotiations with Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador and Israel, as well as Bilateral Investment Treaties negotiations with a number of European countries and Argentina. He was also Ambassador to the EU and Chief negotiator for the Mexico-EU FTA, and headed the negotiations of the first transatlantic free trade agreement.  As of 2005, he is a founding partner and Vice President of IQOM Inteligencia Comercial, a consultancy company.

Alejandro Sepulveda de la Fuente

 

 

Degree in Law from the National University of Mexico, Master in Law  Degree from Columbia University. Has been a member of the Baker & McKenzie law firm since 1995, in the Mexican Property and Infrastructure Practices Group, focusing mainly on real estate financing and infrastructure projects, design of corporate structures, mergers and acquisitions, as well as energy and tourism projects. During his career he has advised on public tenders and has participated in negotiations and execution of complex transactional agreements in corporate matters.
